Objectives: To provide information to BCCT members on the Thai Property Market and Infrastructure projects from both a corporate and members’ personal perspective.

Activities in 2023:

The group arranged three events last year 

-    February 28th Nick Vetterwinkel of CBRE presented the outlook for the Thai property market – 44 attendees 

-    June 8th John Mugford , Peter du Pont and Ali Hasanbeigi presented on Carbon zero – 52 attendees 

-    August 30th - Chakkrit Chakrabandhu Na Ayudhya (Paul) and Rathawat Kuvijitrsuwan (Job)of JLL presented on the performance of the Thai hotel market. 31 attendees
