YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

Objectives: The BCCT Young Professional's primary aim is to give younger members of the Chamber, who are the managers, CEOs and key decision makers of the future, an opportunity to engage with the wider business community in ways that appeal directly to them. The YP committee organises events each year that focus on how young professionals can grow their business connections, share their experiences, and develop their careers and professional skills in an open and unprejudiced environment.

• July – Mastering the Art of Leadership with Honeywell, Colgate-Palmolive, and Silkspan
• August – YP Extra with AmCham: Tee-Up and Connect at Topgolf
• October – YP with AmCham: AI and Leadership with the MD of Microsoft and Meta
• November – Inter-Chamber YP – Networking on the River
• December – YP x Digital Technology – Data Centre Site Visit

• Q2 – Panel discussion and networking with the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers
• Q2 – Mastering the Art of Creativity with CIOs
• Q3 – Crisis Communication with Chief Communications Manager
• Q3 – Potential collaboration with ESB WG for a Lessons in Leadership event in Pattaya
• Q4 – Potential collaboration with Advocacy WG for Young Leadership Diary event, with speakers from the government/MPs from different parties
