Details: Guest Speaker: KHUN ARINYA TALERNGSRI, Managing Director of APM Group on Wednesday 16th June 2004, from 7.30 am. The research was carried out by the American Management Association and Management Centre Europe by surveying leading companies in Europe, America and Canada. Khun Arinya Talerngsri is the Managing Director of APM Group, is the local partner of American Management Association (AMA), the world’s largest training and development organization. Khun Arinya obtained her Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Science in Marketing from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. During her studies at Carleton, she was also a special Market Research Assistant to the Carleton University faculty members for various projects that include extensive marketing and sales research for Fortune 500 companies. Khun Arinya has been with APM Group since its inception in 1992 and concurrently serves as Managing Director of APM Group’s four subsidiary companies. She sets the strategic direction and oversees the organizational development. She also oversees human resources planning, AMA program development, monitoring local AMA trainers’ performance and the design and analysis of the needs assessment process. Over the course of 10 years, Khun Arinya has steered APM Group and expanded its product line from training to human resources, organization development, change management, and assessments. Today, APM Group is rapidly becoming the leading Human Resources/Organization Development firm in Thailand. In addition to her main responsibilities Khun Arinya is also a Certified Trainer for American Management Association. Her main specialization in training and consulting are in the areas of organizational development, human resources management and development, change management, conceptual skills development, leadership, and team development. |
