Despite the current uncertainties in Bangkok relating to the economy, job market and also the political situation, we were pleased with the attendance. In total around 103 candidates attended and companies on average interviewed 12 candidates. Over 70% will have graduated in 2009 and a further 30% in the previous 2 - 5 years perfect for organizations looking for job-changers. Over 80% of the graduates will pre-register so will arrive well prepared. All graduates will have a Bachelor and/or a Master's degree from a UK, Australian or US university in one of the following subjects - Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality Management, HR Management, Accounting, Finance, Economic, Law, Engineering, Art and Design, Mass Communications, Journalism and in other areas. They will all have excellent English language proficiency. In additional to our current alumni, we are aiming to attract any overseas graduates and not just the recent returnees from the UK and Australia. More experienced 'Job Changers' should thus also feature in this event. This time we will be sending the invitation to more than 2,000 overseas graduates and newspapers advertisement. Attending companies will have the opportunity to conduct initial employment interviews with suitable graduates. We will provide you the list of potential candidates to be selected up to 10 candidates for the interview on 20 February. However, this depends highly on the booking for the interview from the candidates. In attending the Fair, you will be provided with a comprehensive display package including: - Display area and furniture (3x3m) - Hot link from exhibition website to company homepage - Your logo in the Bangkok Post advertisement (upon receiving your application within the deadline) - Free Entry in the Fair Guide - Refreshments - Electrical outlet Aside from the fair, we will be organising the 45 minutes presentation on popular HR topics for the attending candidates from 12.30 - 13.30 pm.
