Topic: 'Prospects of Thai Economy in Second Half of 2008'

Dr. Tarisa received her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economics from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1973 and 1975 respectively. In 1988 she received her Doctor of Economics from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.A.

Dr. Tarisa is currently Governor of the Bank of Thailand (BOT). She previously served in the BOT as Director of the Financial Institutions Regulation Department from 1997 to 1999; Assistant Governor of the Financial Institutions Policy Group from 1999 to 2001; and as Assistant Governor of Financial Institutions Stability from 2001 to 2002.

The cost of this luncheon is:

THB 700 per person including VAT (BCCT members only) OR

THB 1,000 per person including VAT (non-BCCT members and non-member guests of BCCT members)
